The Winter Solstice is a powerful time of the year to let go and create anew! It's a time to tune in and to honor all that we've been through and experienced that's brought us to this point in creation and to give vision, voice, and celebration to what we choose to create from here. We are all in this together and we can do this.
The celebration will include an opening Cacao Ceremony with traditional hot chocolate that opens and refreshes the heart. **Please bring your own mug for the cacao ceremony.
From here we will move into a sound healing activation with a Sound Bath that will relax the nervous system and raise your vibration.
Now is the time to awaken your true nature and to let go of all the burdens of this year. Shed, release, renew with celebration this Winter Solstice with us!
There will be plenty of space for each to have their own space. **You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, pillow, and blanket though the studio can provide these as well.

Megan Lendman
Megan Lendman is a Wellness Practitioner, Women's Circle Creatrix, and the manager of The Remedy House. She comes from a long lineage of healers, both indigenous and immigrant to North America. Ceremonies that enliven and align the mind, body, and spirit have long been a part of her life. Megan found her voice for ceremonies through Sacred Women’s Circle Creatrix with Goddess Ceremony, the ReWild Retreat with Jessica Roodvoets, and Sound Ceremony with the Kula Collective, among other ceremonies throughout her life.
