"As we come into a season of stillness, we work on staying connected and finding peace from within. Each week we will begin with centering, move into a breathwork practice, and a visualization to set you up for a restful evening and an aligned week ahead."
Weekly live evening meditations create the opportunity to ease into a consistent meditation practice by offering a meditation series presented via Zoom. You are also able to drop-in to classes individually.
Whether you're just finishing out a busy weekend or settled in preparing to rest, spend 30 minutes each Sunday (7p) with a breath practice and guided meditation.
