Vinyasa Yoga: Connecting Movement with Breath

Commit to a 4 week session of 60-minute Yoga classes geared to help you connect with yourself and your physical body. We will move through a variety of postures, targeting all areas of the body, while connecting each movement to a full inhale and exhale. Vinyasa yoga helps improve strength, flexibility, and balance both physically and mentally. We begin and end each practice with centering and introduce aspects of meditation throughout.
Shannon will offer suggested props (if available) and demonstrate use. Vinyasa Yoga teaches us that our practice of movement, breath work, and mindfulness can transform our day on and off our mat.
In-Studio Attendance
In-studio participation must be pre-registered. Reserve your spot in class by purchasing a drop-in class during the same week of your intended class. A confirmation that a space is available will come to your inbox.
Live Stream from Home
This class will be live streamed via Zoom. Replay will be emailed to virtual participants and available for 3-5 days. (Only instructor screen will be recorded)
