Pilates: Mat Work for Alignment, Posture, Strength
Instructed by: Amanda Armstrong
Commit to 4 weeks of 60-minute Pilates classes geared to improve posture, alignment, strength, and overall body awareness. No special equipment necessary.
Amanda will offer suggested props (if available) and demonstrate use of towels. Mat Pilates work teaches us that our bodies are the only tools necessary to achieve fitness and proper posture.
In-Studio Attendance
In-studio participation must be pre-registered. Reserve your spot in class by purchasing a drop-in class during the same week of your intended class. A confirmation that a space is available will come to your inbox.
Live Stream from Home
This class will be live streamed via Zoom. Replay will be emailed to virtual participants and available for 3-5 days. (Only instructor screen will be recorded)
