Morning Meditation with Ashlee Elliott (Drop In)

Chakras refer to energetic points in the body that correspond with the nervous system, major organs, and areas of the energetic body that affect our emotional and physical health.

For this mediation series we will focus on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th chakra. Each week will begin with a short pranayama practice, include guided imagery to align the chakra of focus, and include some space to sit in stillness.

You will also receive information after each session on other holistic ways to connect with and nourish each chakra.

December 7th: Muldahara (root) Chakra 

December 14th: Manipura (solar plexus) Chakra

December 21st: Vishuddha (throat) Chakra

December 28th: Sahasrara (Crown) Chakra

As we head into the busy holiday season, I invite you to pause for these 15 minute intervals, explore how it feels to slow down, and practice mindfully relaxing your body and mind.
