Restorative Nidra

Give love to your nervous system in this 90 minute class.
The Holiday season is often a time we are thinking about and giving back to others. Let’s take a pause and give some love back to YOU.
This class will include pranayama breathing practices, restorative yoga poses, and end in a guided yoga nidra aimed at bringing the intention inward and creating a sense of calm.
No experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothes. Restorative yoga uses a lot of props. We will be using 2 blocks, a bolster, and 2 blankets. Bring your own props if you have them, otherwise they will be provided. If joining from home you can use multiple pillows, blankets, and whatever you have on hand to make yourself feel comfortable and supported in each pose.
In-Studio Attendance
In-studio participation must be pre-registered. Reserve your spot in class by purchasing this class in advance. Space is limited. A confirmation that a space is available will come to your inbox.
Live Stream from Home
This class will be live streamed via Zoom. Replay will be emailed to virtual participants and available for 3-5 days. (Only instructor screen will be recorded)
