A modified yoga practice focused on organic movement and breathwork for pregnant mamas and mamas working towards pregnancy. Learn how to work with your body to alleviate discomfort through pregnancy and birth.
Family Yoga

Caregivers & children ages 3-10 connect through movement, breathing, and mindfulness activities using a fun and creative, child-centered approach.
Mats and a variety of props will be used for engagement and to vary the level of difficulty based on child's age.
Children 2 & under may attend for free with parent and sibling.

The bold age of 2 to 4 brings blossoming independence and the capacity to imitate in order to learn. This class will develop your child's expressive capabilities, improve their listening skills, foster their social skills, and develop their musicality.
Toddlers will:

Lengthen attention span completing longer combinations of movement

Develop their executive function skills, self-regulations skills and social emotional skills

Master gross motor skills such marching, running, balancing, galloping, sliding, move backwards

Babies spend their first year in a sensory world full of touch, sights, sounds, taste, and movement. In the baby class, we will offer many sensory props to activate their senses and build connections in their brain!
