Sound Healing Journey

Bring in the Spring

Sound Healing Journey

Friday, March 10  6:30p-8 • $33

As we rejoice in the week of the final full moon of Winter, and mark the coming of Spring, come into the studio, cuddle up, relax and let sound practitioner Mary Fields enchant you with the sounds of symphonic and sub-atomic gongs, 432htz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and more…

Sound baths are highly rejuvenating for the mind and body and bring about an overall sense of relaxation. They create a meditative experience where you are bathed in sound waves that help you develop a better ability to cope and reduce stress. Sound healing can help remove emotional trauma and even stimulate altered states of consciousness.

As you lay all comfy in your spot, Mary brings these pure, clear frequencies and vibrations all around you as she walks about each space. Enveloping you in each new frequency, transporting you into a level of stillness that renews your body at a cellular level that echoes long after the sound bath ends.

During a sound bath, students typically lay comfortably on the floor in savasana, but a favorite meditation seat or gentle yoga poses are welcomed. Students are encouraged to:

wear comfortable clothing
bring or use yoga props (bolsters, blankets) for support
not eat a heavy meal 2 hours beforehand
be well hydrated

***Yoga Mats & Blankets are available at the studio. You may bring your own for your own comfort. ***

Live Unprocessed studio is located at 5270 Northland Drive, Suite D. Grand Rapids Mi 49525.  *Our studio is set back in the parking lot between T-mobile & The Dive Shop, overlooking Versluis Lake.

About Mary:

The first time she heard a Tibetan singing bowl, she was lost in the beautiful undertones gradually changing into undulating overtones. So entranced, she immediately began a path to learn more about these healing frequencies.

A Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, Natural Health Therapist, Reiki Master, Pelvic Steam Facilitator and online accredited at Stretch*d Academy consultant. Natural health, sound therapy, energy work and animals are her passions.

Studying with her International Sound Healing Academy teacher Natalie Brown, she learned more of the science of sound allowing her to provide both Individual & Group Integral Sound Healing Sessions.

In each group session Mary brings her symphonic and subatomic gongs, set of 8 tuned 432htz Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan bowls and tongue drum. Along with a variety of smaller chimes, drums, rattles, gong and voice which allows her to bring the sound up and around you, in your own transformative space.

Mary has been honored to be able to bring these good vibrations to West and Central Michigan, allowing all who can benefit from these sound frequencies to enhance their natural health.

Residing in Ionia Michigan with her husband Gary and adorable Corgi, Penny. Mary enjoys the outdoors, gardening, learning and travel, while incorporating Reiki, meditation and yoga into her life.
