Coaching Includes:

  • One Monthly 60-minute session w/ Shannon in-person or virtually to access movement, answer specific questions, or provide holistic nutrition consultation
  • Develop a wellness lifestyle plan
  • Coach assistance to navigate the on-demand platform to increase efficiency, point to relevant content based on current needs
  • Check in weekly via email for accountability, programming tweaks, and coach connection
  • Food/Mood journaling optional for real-time review, swaps, and suggestions

  •  Unlimited weekly in-studio classes
    • Attend classes in our beautiful studio in North Grand Rapids 
    • All weekly movement classes, as well as any VIP food & lifestyle discussions, meet ups and workshops
    • Conveniently located in the intersection of the city, while feeling remote and peaceful as your our wall of windows overlook Versluis Lake
    • Use all our in-studio props from resistance equipment, mats, blocks, Pilates tools, custom chairs, bolsters, blankets, foam rollers, and more.

Virtual component includes:

  • Unlimited weekly virtual movement classes live via Zoom
    • Stay accountable as instructor checks you in & greets you each class
    • Build consistency, even if you can't attend the full class ~ you can still check in and complete the amount of time you have available 
  • On-demand movement library
    • 10 minute, 20 minute, 30 minute & 45 minute guided movement options
    • Choose from functional movement, pilates, strength, stability, deep stretch, myofascial release, targeted areas - like lower body, upper body, hips, core, or total body
    • Replays of favorite weekly classes
  • Exercise library
    • Commonly used movements broken down to teach you the why, how, and what is activating or stretching to hope you improve your understanding and efficiency.
    • Continuously updated and growing based on community questions & feedback
  • Food Library
    • Access all previously recorded programs from Understanding Your Gut, 3 Bowls to Power Your Week, Reset Your Vibe, Recipe Library w/ demos & printable recipes, and more.
  • Monthly Food & Lifestyle Workshops
    • Attend live online (or in person when available) and access recordings & handouts in your library
  •  Continuous Library Updates
    • Each month, new videos, programs, and library content will be added
    • Old videos and content updated on a continuous bases
