1. Start a food mood journal - Use this to start listening to your body’s communication to assess your wellness. Expose your symptoms that you might be brushing under the rug.
2. Evaluate 3 of your wellness habits you cannot live without. - Ask the questions, why do I need this? What would I do if I couldn’t have it? Am I doing this to support my physical wellness or is it a comfort tool/crutch to balance out my less than optimal daily habits?
3. Identify who is on your team. - Who is in your wellness community? What about these people exemplifies wellness for you and how are you supporting each other?
