Class Descriptions

 

ALIGNED MOVEMENT
Mobility + Functional Training * Mon 8:30a

Begin in a restorative posture or with myofascial release for alignment. Move to seated/kneeling exercises for muscle activation and dynamic stretches. Gradually warm up, deepen stretches, and enhance functional range of motion. The slow pace allows for full body reconnection. Enjoy enhanced alignment, flexibility, and strength through stabilization.

BREATHE & FLOW
Yoga/Pilates * Tues 6a

In this guided flow, you'll fluidly transition between postures, taking moments to align and engage in slow, deep breaths. Enjoy extended pauses within each postureto truly connect with your range of motion & stability. Experience a sense of strength, flexibility, balance, and rejuvenation.

PULSE & POSTURE 
Barre/Pilates * Tue/Thurs 8:30a, Thurs 6a

Experience dynamic, low-impact exercises that take you through full range of motion, activating both large and small muscle groups. Designed to enhance strength and stability, high reps with low resistance promotes postural alignment, muscular endurance and functionality. All exercises can be performed using body weight, with the option to incorporate light resistance if desired.

FLEX & FUNCTION
Functional Training + Pilates  * Wed 8:30a, Sat 8:30a

Designed to train your body for daily activities. Focus on compound, multi-joint movements to enhance your strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Utilize dynamic stretches & activation to target multiple muscle groups simultaneously, moving through repetitive, functional patterns that mimick everyday activities. Emphasize quality movement over maximum effort.

MOVEMENT FOUNDATIONS
Mobility + Functional Training * TBD

Dynamic, education-driven class that blends bodyweight training, mobility work, and foundational exercise principles. Target common dysfunctions —tight hips, weak glutes, poor posture—& build awareness through movement. Expect equal parts sweat and strategy: workout + deepening your understanding of how your body moves and why it matters.

ACTIVE DEEP RELEASE
Mobility + Functional Training * Fri/Sun 8:30a

 A restorative session designed to unlock tight muscles and boosting functional movement. Combine mobility drills & deep stretches to aid recovery, improve posture, & relieve stress. Ideal for athletes, desk-bound individuals, or anyone aiming to improve mobility and flexibility. Training focuses on exercises that enhance range of motion, stabilization, and control.

FOOD & LIFESTYLE
Group Discussion * Monthly Virtual Meet Ups

A group class centered around food + lifestyle. Weekly presentation & group discussion. Topics centered around food trends & simplifying to create life-long nutrient focused habits.

LITTLE FEET: WADDLER/TODDLER
Caregiver + child (confident walking - age 4) * Thurs 10a

Opportunities for littles to differentiate body parts, refine coordination & build their balance system. The bold age of 2 to 4 brings blossoming independence & the capacity to imitate in order to learn.
