Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga
In this 90 minute experience, you'll be guided through a gentle paddle and flow. As you float over the water, you'll challenge your balance and enhance your practice.
In collaboration with SUP GR, yoga instructor Jess Shelton will lead you out onto the lake and guide you through a gentle yoga asana and meditation.
All levels are welcome, though basic paddleboard experience is helpful.
SUP GR will provide the paddleboards and life jackets, as well as basic paddleboard instruction.
This workshop will have limited attendance and will meet at Versluis Lake Park.

About Jess Shelton:
Jessica has been teaching yoga for a decade and continues her own practice as a student of compassion and curiosity on this path of knowledge and self discovery.
Most recently she has been studying with Yoga Medicine to complete a certification as a therapeutic yoga specialist, Pilates certifications with Balanced Body and is also studying Ayurveda.
Our connection to the natural world is primary in her yoga practice and she loves to spend time on the water. Expect her practices to assist your cultivation of a sense of embodied strength, ease, and joy.
