Live Unprocessed is launching a new class schedule to incorporate all elements of Food, Movement, & Mindfulness.

As the details finalize, here is a sneak peek of what to expect.

New Class Schedule

Live Unprocessed's new studio schedule will roll out the week of 
September 8th- December 20th.

Weekly classes include food, movement, & mindfulness.

In-person studio classes are intimate in size & virtual options are available.

Our schedule will update quarterly & continue to evolve with your needs.

Memberships, 5 & 10 class packages, and drop-ins remain.
New classes will be included in memberships. Workshops will be offered in addition.

Food

With the bombarding of nutrition advice floating around in 30 second clips claiming to revolutionize your life, a real food community to ground you is here.

This fall, Live Unprocessed will have a weekly class focused on talking about food. With monthly themes, we'll focus on the why and the how, and save space to discuss your questions, successes, and concerns.

These classes will be available in-studio & virtually.

 

Movement

For me, and Live Unprocessed, yoga has always only been one component of movement.

This fall, in conjunction with your flows, breathe & restore, and align & form, you'll also get to add in strength, functional movement, mat pilates, & barre style classes, myofascial release & more.

Stand up paddleboard options will remain through Sept.

Classes are customized to this community, offered both in person & virtual.

The emphasis of all classes build and maintain longevity for the body (strength, balance, flexibility, range of motion, functionality), as well as offer a sense of connectionspace to breathe, and center on whole-person wellness, as opposed to weight loss or achieving a beach-body.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is about curating a lifestyle of holistic (whole person) wellness, through present awareness & conscious habits, exploring deeply held beliefs, cultural processing, and day to day influences.

Weekly movement classes include mindfulness tools to develop present awareness, such as breathing practices, somatic & sensory exercises, thoughtful themes & life principals, and connection with community.

Monthly workshops focus on lifestyle enhancements through holistic and naturally minded modalities.

Our private wellness room offers holistic services like organic facials with Leesha @Awaken Skincare. Community acupuncture & massage are in the works, & private consultations for your custom wellness needs.

Quarterly community gatherings will allow you space to share snacks and find comfort & rest in open discussion while building friendships with others who are walking side by side with you to Live Unprocessed.
