Enjoy the serenity of nature and experience the fluidity of your body as you take your practice onto the lake.
 

In this 90 minute experience, you'll be guided through a gentle paddle and flow. As you float over the water, you'll challenge your balance and enhance your practice

In collaboration with SUP GR, yoga instructor Christy Gasper will lead you out onto the lake and guide you through a gentle yoga asana and meditation

*All levels are welcome, though basic paddle board experience is helpful. Come as you are with an open mind and prepare to play.

SUP GR will provide the paddleboards and life jackets, as well as basic paddleboard instruction. 

These classes will have limited attendance and will meet at Versluis Lake Park.

 

 

About SUP GR:

Sarah Medina is the founder of SUP GR and she's creating tons of opportunities for you to get onto the water ~ from group paddles, to yoga, and even fitness classes.

Her excitement to simply explore on the board, as well as her grounding presence creates an energizing and relaxing balance for you to approach each experience with curiosity, courage, and connection.
