Yoga In The Orchard

Enjoy an evening of balance and grounding as we transition into fall. 
 

In this 60 minute experience, you'll be guided through an intentional centering and pranayama to invite balance and grounding during this seasonal transition.

We will warm our bodies as Shannon leads us through a vinyasa flow, connecting our movements with with our breath.

We will transition into gentle and restorative postures, as Christy encourages our minds and bodies to connect with the regeneration of nature.

We will end our practice with a short meditation to inspire our own seasonal transition through mind, body, and spirit

 

All levels are welcome.

Bring a mat or towel/blanket to practice on and a water bottle. Wear layers or bring a blanket if desired.  

 

Event has limited indoor space in the event the weather is not in agreement.

Reserve your ticket asap. We will contact you in the event of cancellation and/or honor in door spaces based on ticket sign up.

Arrive between 6p & 6:15p to park and walk through the orchard to our selected spot. 

About Christy & Third Leaf Farm:

Christy Gasper is a yoga instructor, adventurer, nature lover, and one of the masterminds behind Third Leaf Farm, along with her partner Kyle Rasch. 
 
Christy is experienced as a trauma informed yoga instructor and recently completed a second yoga teacher training intensive in Peru where she dove deeper into her passion of utilizing yoga as a tool to restore the body, mind, and spirit.
 
Third Leaf Farm is a third generation, regenerative, chemical free, bee friendly apple orchard, expanding into a beyond organic natural landscape of endless possibilities. *Third leaf will receive organic certification this year! 
 

 

About Shannon:

 

Shannon is the founder of Live Unprocessed and has a passion connecting others with their own intuition. 
 
Shannon has a love for nature, SOUL (seasonal, organic, unrefined, local) food, and collaborating with like-minded empathetic healers. 
 
Shannon has worked as a fitness and wellness coach for over a decade and has transitioned to working exclusively on her mission through Live Unprocessed for the last 7 years. 
 
Her passion as a yoga instructor is to teach the power of breath in calming the mind, empowering the body, and setting your soul free.
