In this workshop, yogi Ashlee Elliott and therapist, Carlee Russom explore the concept of SVEDHYAYA
This workshop is a great example of how different tools, systems, practices, and people can work together.
The workshop will include guided restorative poses with optional hands on assists & essential oils, information from Carlee on The Meeting Place technique, journal reflection, gratitude, and community connection.
