Equinox Cacao & Ecstatic Dance

"Open your heart, open your feelings, open your understanding, and let out the brilliant sun inside yourself."
As the seasons turn toward sunshine it is time to move the body and open our hearts wide!
Cacao & Ecstatic Dance 6pm-730pm
Celebrate the coming of Spring by opening your heart with cacao and then ecstatically bringing in joy through dance. Megan Lendman will lead a Cacao Ceremony in gratitude for the Earth and to warm up our hearts and bodies. Followed by moving the body in joy, love, and rhythm.
What to expect:
We will begin by drinking a ceremonial grade hot chocalate from Guatemala. Cacao is medicine to open the heart both physically and emotionally. Then Megan will guide everyone through a movement meditation leading into freeform dance that is a way to heal through expression and motion. Letting go of what others think of how you move, and moving to feel in your body.
All are welcome 13+
