Fall Equinox Celebration
The Fall Equinox is when the day and the night are at complete balance before the tides shift into more hours of darkness. This astrological event is a symbol of balance reminding us to see the harmony that is all around.
5:45pm-6:45pm | 54 Sun Salutations | $21
Join Shannon Sadoski and Alissa Newberg in a half mala of (54) sun salutations. This practice is meant to celebrate the sun by warming up the body. Traditionally, 108 Sun Salutations are used in celebration but we would like offer the opportunity to celebrate with a half mala to work up to a full 108 by the Winter Solstice. We will move our practice through the chakra system from the Crown to Root to bring some grounding to this Fall transition.
In addition to a powerful practice, participants will receive these amazing gifts:
- a Sun A printout "poster" to help them remember to practice
- Chakra Affirmation printout "poster"
- A 3oz rollerball with a custom grounding EO blend made by Erin Margabeth Accessories
7:00-8:30pm | Fall Equinox Sound Bath | $33
Join Megan Lendman in a Sound Bath with meditation and a gentle sound bath with the intention of balance through the four elements. Celebrate this astrological moment by relaxing, resetting, and renewing your nervous system. The sound bath will begin with Nada Yoga (the yoga of listening) while relaxing your entire nervous system with soothing vibrations.

You can choose to sign up for one or both of the sessions.
