Inversion Workshop

About Event:
In this 90 minute experience you'll practice strengthening and flexibility drills, deepen your understanding of technique and proprioception, and experience first hand what a confident inversion feels like.
You'll learn skills for headstands, forearm balances, and handstands. Modifications for every level, no matter where you are in your practice.
We recommend that you are able to hold a plank for a minimum of 30 seconds.
Our expert instructor, Brittany SanAgustin, will bring knowledge from traditional yoga asana, Acro yoga, a background in gymnastics, a degree in biomechanics, and Thai body awareness methodology.
You will leave this workshop with a practice guide to continue your inversion work independently, a road map to achieve your inversion goals, and a high vibing confidence and beautiful glisten from putting in work.

This workshop will have limited attendance and will be offered at the Live Unprocessed Studio.
**We have mats & props, but you are welcome to bring your own props as you desire. We are not responsible for any props brought from home**
