Live Unprocessed is your answer to the wellness burnout epidemic, founded after the creator’s own dramatic health crisis started in 2009. Even while thriving as a top personal trainer and looking perfectly "fit," the founder was secretly battling exhaustion, emotional chaos, and debilitating chronic illness.
This led to the discovery that trendy health fixes were just "pseudo-wellness," prompting the founder to abandon the hamster wheel and dive into becoming a Natural Food Chef in 2013.
The mission? To cut through the noise, simplify wellness, and empower you to truly Live Well using the three foundational pillars of Food, movement, & Lifestyle. This isn't a quick fix—it’s a powerful, supportive community built for lifelong vitality and feeling good every single day.

1. Start a food mood journal - Use this to start listening to your body’s communication to assess your wellness. Expose your symptoms that you might be brushing under the rug.
2. Evaluate 3 of your wellness habits you cannot live without. Ask the questions, why do I need this? What would I do if I couldn’t have it? Am I doing this to support my physical wellness or is it a comfort tool/crutch to balance out my less than optimal daily habits?
