3 action steps: 

  1. Food Mood Log: write down your meals, your symptoms, and your habits. What trends do you see? What symptoms do you need to expose? Where are you in denial about how your food choices are affecting your wellness? (See Episode 1 if you need a template)
  2. Every day this week, choose ONE real food ingredient and take a few moments to notice it’s beauty. The color, smell, texture, flavor ~ maybe look up all the nutrients and ways it helps your body. What are a few ways you can incorporate more of this ingredient into your everyday meals? You can reach out and ask me too ;) 
  3. Get Creative: Write down your top 3 go-to meals. Can you adjust the ingredients to use more whole food ingredients and less pre-made processed ingredients? Can you keep that recipe but swap a few ingredients or the base to make a “different’ meal? Your own recipe? What challenges you in the kitchen? Where does food become complicated for you?  Here is a simple one month calendar template for you to write down your meal wins and then begin to get creative with simple swaps so you can see your month of real food start to come together before your eyes.
