Each morning, for 21 days, you will receive an inspirational email with a short reminder of your 3 goals for the day. Each day, at your convenience, you will log in to your personal program page to:

  1. Select a nutrient dense recipe to inspire one intentional meal
  2. Participate in a 10 minute movement practice  (new practice uploaded daily; replay as desired)
  3. Practice daily mindfulness exercises that will move you forward & motivate you to reset your vibe.

By the end of the program, you will have created a daily habit of reflecting, reconnecting, and revitalizing yourself, in order to feel nourished, grounded, present, authentic, and ready to show up to the new year at your highest vibration

This virtual program gives you the freedom to choose when, where, and how you practice each day, while offering the accountability, guidance, and support of a community.

Daily prompts to encourage reflection, connection with the present, and manifestation of your authentic desires as you reset, balance, and move forward.
