Soulful Yin Yoga
& Sound Journey

Join Marie Rothenberger & Mary Fields for a Soul Journey encompassing yin yoga and sound therapy interwoven into an iRest® meditation of loving kindness. You will unwind, connect, and completely embrace and immerse yourself into the experience of loving yourself fully so you can walk out into the world to wholly love others. $44 (early bird $35 until March 12)
What to expect: Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice and even more so when coupled with sound therapy & iRest® meditation. You’ll make yourself a cozy nest of blankets and pillows for comfort, perhaps even adding an eye pillow, crystals and an oracle card for intention. There’ll be nothing for you to do but to listen to Marie’s voice, and Mary’s instruments to meld into the experience. About Mary:
The first time I heard a Tibetan singing bowl, the sound enveloped me. The beautiful undertones gradually changing into undulating overtones. I immediately wanted to know more about these bowls. Within months I had three old healing bowls and began my sound journey in 2011.
A few years forward, while pursuing an education in Naturopathic Health, I was overwhelmed by the powerful but simple elegance of energy and sound work…the profound effect it has on a person’s innate ability to initiate self-healing both physically and emotionally.
I was lifted by energetic vibrations that resonated thru my body to the core of my soul and sought out an education in sound thru the Academy of Sound Healing.
I am honored to be able to bring these Good Vibrations to all who can benefit from this sound healing, thus enhancing your own natural health.
Residing in Iona Michigan with her husband Gary and adorable Corgi, Penny. Mary enjoys the outdoors, gardening, camping and travel, while incorporating yoga, meditation and recently kundalini and into her life.

About Marie:
Yoga found me in 1997. And in the summer of 2015, I decided to further my understanding of the eight limbs of yoga and embark on teacher training with instructor Hilaire Lockwood. This journey was one of the most rewarding and challenging educational experiences I've ever encountered. It pushed me beyond my mental, spiritual and physical boundaries - sweat, tears, joy and a deep soul awakening brought me to where I am today not only in my own personal practice but as an instructor. As Hilaire said, "You only need to be flexible in your mind to do yoga." As I assist people in finding flexibility in the mind and body, I remember that yoga isn't about doing the perfect posture, but coming to your mat and finding a safe place to release your worries, fears and discover the best version of you - which is the light being that you are - peaceful and bright.
