Go on a journey through sound using your own voice with the support of Ricardo's instruments and vocal therapy. Experience within yourself a space of relaxation, healing, reflection while we share and co-create in community a collective intention of joy and love generated by sound. Allow yourself to melt into the exquisite healing sounds of the instruments and voice. Let yourself be surprised by this gentle and pampering therapeutic session, designed to raise your frequency and self-esteem. 
 
We will begin with using our own voices and then move into a meditative space of sound healing.

About Ricardo:

Coming from a traditional Mexican family, I grew with very limiting beliefs about live, happiness and abundance. I perfectly followed the “supposed to be” journey of life for 29 years in the big city. A deep need of healing, curiosity, and divine guidance set me on a 9 year journey into my self, living mostly on retreat centers, meeting and learning from the most incredible angels, teachers, students, and light beings. Witnessing and participating in hundreds of retreats, absorbing as much as I could. 

My passion for life, love, service, and singing has guided me to share the tools and practices that have worked for me through this beautiful journey. I believe that in the connection with Silence (meditation/contemplation), Sound (Voice/Sing) hides the secret to divine connection, manifestation, healing, and alignment.
