Kids Sound Bath
About Event:
Kids 10 and under (plus a parent) are invited to join Megan Lendman in a sound experience that will encourage deep listening and creative expression.
For this session, there will be a variety of exercises to keep kids engaged while also allowing them to relax and be themselves. Activities will include light meditation, connecting heart to breath, singing our heart song, and a rhythm walk.
Encourage kids now to listen with more than just their ears to hear who they really are.
This experience will have limited attendance and will be offered at the Live Unprocessed Studio. Parents may reserve more than one spot for each kid. Kids under 2 are free!
About Megan:
Megan Lendman comes from a long lineage of healers, both indigenous and immigrant to North America. Ceremonies that enliven and align the mind, body, and spirit have long been a part of her life. Megan found her voice for guiding women when she became a Sacred Women’s Circle Creatrix with Goddess Ceremony and she dove deeper into the healing frequencies of story and song during a 100hr Sound Ceremony training. Megan manages The Remedy House, her family’s wellness center in Grand Rapids, MI where she offers Sound Healing, Reiki, and Yoni Steaming.
