What to expect:
We know that mothers are often lacking time to show themselves some love and appreciation for all that they do.
This Mother Love evening is
all about affirming mothers:
not coming from outside sources of validation, but
tapping into the innate and intuitive wisdom
and deep appreciation for who you are.
What is included:
- A 75 minute slow flow/ restorative yoga practice. This can and will include some hands-on adjustments for deeper relaxation.
-A self-love meditation/affirmation practice.
-Kombucha Mocktail to sip on while you refresh + reflect.
-Take-home items to remind you of the truth of your intrinsic value.
-Time spent listening and sharing with other mothers.
Whatever kind of love you are needing to show yourself, this event is all about holding space and giving back to the amazing Mothers that give and do so much. Open to non-members and members. If you'd like to journal, you can bring your own, but there will be writing materials provided for you. Wear comfortable clothing, and come ready to receive.
Treat yourself, or buy this as a gift for your mom!
Better yet, bring a friend who needs to show herself some love, too.

About Sasha
Sasha started personal training in 2009, with the goal to help accomodate and inspire strength & growth in creative ways. She noticed stress and adrenal fatigue was rampant amongst the people she worked with, and began introducing & guiding her clients through meditation 8 years ago. Her own breathwork and yoga practice shortly followed, and her mentality with teaching shifted from trainer to guide.
As a teacher, Sasha focuses on using yoga as a vessel for students to tap into their whole person. Because of her own transformational experiences, she believes the yoga mat is where we can tap into our intuition, acknowledge fears, and are liberated and healed as we move and breathe.
What to expect from Sasha’s class: powerful & creative sequences, breath-focused classes, and accessibility options. Each class will be unique, and you will explore meditation, mudras (hand postures) and breath-work.
